Most post-workout drinks make you choose between taste and function. kamo 45 doesn't. Four key electrolytes are incorporated into our traditional brewing process in Bavaria, and the result actually tastes like beer.

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast, electrolytes (calcium chloride, sodium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate), natural preservative glycolipid.

We developed our recipe based on the post-exercise guidelines of the German Society of Nutrition (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE)). Their recommendations outline optimal electrolyte ranges to support rehydration after physical activity - and our formula follows these ranges closely.
