HOW IT WORKS

Full of flavour. Here’s why we brew it this way.

Most NA beer is made twice: Brewed fully, then un-brewed: heated under vacuum or forced through membranes until the alcohol comes out. But aroma rides or dies with alcohol, so a third step follows. Putting flavor back. kamo is made once. Alcohol comes from one place: yeast eating malt sugar. Our yeast ferments everything a beer needs fermented, arrives at maltose, and passes: 0.4% alcohol straight from the tank.  Nothing de-alc’d. Nothing extracted. Nothing steamed off. Nothing added back, because nothing was lost.

We developed our recipe based on the post-exercise guidelines of the German Society of Nutrition (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE)). Their recommendations outline optimal electrolyte ranges to support rehydration after physical activity - and our formula follows these ranges closely.
