Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany. More countries will be available soon. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out to us at japhi@getkamo.co.

How does shipping work?

We ship our packages Monday to Friday, and deliveries typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email from our shipping partner. You can track your order through the provided link to see its exact location at any time.

How much does shipping cost?

• Germany: €4.95

• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €40.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Germany.

How is my order protected during shipping?

We use high-quality shipping boxes, reinforced for all bottle shipments to ensure they arrive safely.

In the rare case that something gets damaged during transport, please contact us at japhi@getkamo.co.

You can also reuse the shipping box or recycle it in the paper bin.

What if my order is incorrect, damaged, or thawed?

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or thawed, please send us an email at japhi@getkamo.co with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

We will process your request as quickly as possible.
